The Big Impact of Small Moments
Dear ICF Washington Community,
My family and I recently returned from a trip to Mexico where we sought out some much-needed sunshine, celebrated a few birthdays, and welcomed the new year. Looking back, our most special memories were the "small moments"—sunrise walks and discovering new places. It was a timely reminder that the most impactful experiences often stem from the smallest, intentional actions.
As I step into the role of President this year, this is my commitment to you: focusing on the intentional details that make your membership truly valuable. I'm honored to serve alongside a stellar team of talented and passionate Washington-based coaches who sit on ICFWA's Board of Directors. Together, we will invest our energy in three priorities:
▶️ Excellent Essentials: We will turn the lights up to "full bright" on our core offerings. From high-impact CCEU events to a smoother website experience, we want every interaction you have with the chapter to be high-value and "must-attend."
▶️Effortless Engagement: Your time is among your most precious assets. We will streamline how you navigate the chapter—from finding resources to registering for events—making it frictionless for you to get what you need when you need it.
▶️Empowering What’s Next: No matter where you are on your coaching journey—whether just starting out or innovating new approaches—we are here to help you raise your personal bar. On your behalf, we're also deeply conscious of our opportunity to evolve the coaching profession by promoting equitable access for both prospective coaches and clients.
I want to hear from you
Your voice will help us “empower what’s next.” Earlier this week, you may have seen an email from Tammi Scott inviting you to respond to our semi-annual survey. If you missed it, please see the details below–and take 5-minutes to respond. Please also feel encouraged to drop me a note to share suggestions or ideas that matter most to your practice.
Onward!
Ashley Wollam

In this role, her focus is on making the credentialing journey more understandable, accessible, and supportive for members at every stage.
